Really good City Center Stay

The location is very CENTRAL. I found a public parking area just across the street, SO convenient. The rooms had effective soundproofingwith a quiet environment. The staff acted quickly and I was allowed an early check-in.
The air conditioning unit didn't work very GOOD. It was a bit warm in the room.

Breakfast offered a solid selection of items in the morning, I saw fresh bread and multiple hot beverages. The breakfast area was tidy, it had enough seating for the guests. The staff kept things well-stocked.

The standard king room included sufficient space, it was comfortable for ONE person. I noticed the option to control the room temperature, it provided personalized comfort. The blackout curtains worked well for sleeping.

The hotel is placed in the city center, it allows easy access to local attractions. I stepped right out of the door, and I was ALREADY at the Christmas Market. This hotel is really close to several shops.

The front desk staff were very friendly, they solved things FAST. Check-in took just a few minutes, so I was able to go up to the room pretty quick. The team members also provided helpful information.

The staff gave a warm welcome. They were very friendly. The location was great near the center, it was perfect. Rooms were clean. I found the bed and bedding comfortable . The room had good insulation so you can have a good sleep.
The parking was expensive! though it was close to the hotel.

The staff was helpful! and always available at the front desk. Their service was prompt, with staff addressing requests quickly. I saw that they maintained a friendly, professional atmosphere throughout the hotel.
